My views you can use:

MAX EFFECT lip gloss in Vivid Red has strong fruity smell of strawberry. When you apply this on your lips, it goes right into your CNS and bugs:-O .Gals if you love smelly products and you sniff your stuff before buying,this one's for you.I feel very uncomfortable owing to its strong smell, which when goes in while breathing makes me cough:-& .Apart from this, it’s slightly sticky.

Another shabby thing about this tube is that it’s leaky. It doesn't give any effect of a lip gloss; forget about the Max effect from this. Even though this product has not reached expiry date, the gloss part and the pink tinted shimmer part has separated, turning the emulsion into slightly coagulated thing in the tube. Still, you can use it on the mercy of your luck. If white glossy thing comes out, I use it as lip balm and if it’s tinted Voila!! You have MAX EFFECT lip gloss. Congratulations!!! =D>

It does temporarily moisturize, but eventually dries up your lips.The shade Vivid Red when spread gives very slight tint of color as compared to when seen in the tube.Some people may find the fruity smell too tempting to lick. Doing this, I don’t know along with artificial flavors what all toxic chemicals they are taking in. I don’t recommend this to anyone.The max factor of this tube can  give is high on shine slightly tinted color that wears off quickly.Sometimes I use it as a gloss or over lipstick to give sheen so that I don't feel guilty seeing it lying unused somewhere.
